In order to ensure the day and time most convenient for you, we ask that you please book individual appointments 48 hours in advance. Provide your full name, the service required, as well as the date and time of the requested treatment. If you are e-mailing a request, please allow 24 hours for a response. Occasionally, we can accommodate last minute bookings, providing that you can be flexible with appointment times.

Hours of Operation

We are available for booking seven days a week, 9 am to 9 pm.

Payment Options

D’Lo Mobile Spa is pleased to accept payments in the following ways:

Cash
Visa
corporate or personal cheque

Please note the following payment policies:

Invoices are due upon receipt.
A minimum charge of $50 before fees and taxes applies per individual visit.
NSF returned cheques will be charged a $25 bank fee.
Prices do not include GST.
A credit card is required to secure bookings.
A destination and set up fee applies to all spa parties or group bookings.

Please note that a small travel surcharge may apply to all bookings.

Cancellation Policy

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to advise us of any cancellation or changes within this timeframe, a 50% charge of the services booked will apply.

Gratuities

Our prices do not include gratuities. In appreciation of our outstanding service, gratuities may be offered at your own discretion and are graciously accepted. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
