Reservation Policy

We recommend that you schedule your Spa Party at least two weeks in advance. Please provide the time or duration of your party or event, the number of people and what treatment(s) each guest would like to receive.

Payment Options

D’Lo Mobile Spa is pleased to accept payments in the following ways:

Cash
Visa
corporate or personal cheque

Please note the following payment policies:

Invoices are due upon receipt.
A minimum charge of $50 per person before fees and taxes applies to all party groups.
NSF returned cheques will be charged a $25 bank fee.
A credit card is required to secure bookings.
A destination and set up fee applies to all spa parties or group bookings.

Cancellation Policy

If you must reschedule or cancel your Spa Party, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to advise us of any cancellation or changes within this timeframe, a 50% charge of the services booked will apply.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our prices and are optional only if you are pleased with your services. It is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your spa technician. The gratuity may be added to the total cost of service at time of booking if you prefer.

Service and Treatments Process

Estheticians will arrive approximately 10 - 15 minutes early prior to the scheduled appointment time to set up their stations.
To ensure that all guests will receive their service and treatment in a timely manner, treatments' length is to be shortened.
For your convenience, after the service and before leaving the party’s location, our therapists will clean up their stations.

Host Participation (Optional)

You may create a theme around your home, office, or facility with candles, music, towels, robes, sleepers, appetizers, etc. This will make your environment relaxing and inviting.
We offer spa relaxation music, and towels as part of our service standards.
Find a comfortable space for your guests to unwind and receive their manicures and pedicures. It is always helpful to have a sink and power outlet nearby for the estheticians' use. Have a free room in mind for relaxation massages and facials. Our estheticians will provide the massage bed as well as comfortable sheets and pillows.
As our way of saying thank you, the host will receive a gift card for free spa services worth 10% of the total invoice before tax.

We sterilize all our implements after every use for optimum peace of mind for all our clients, and when possible we use disposables in most of our treatments.

Travel and Set Up Fee

A destination and set up $50 fee applies.

Please Note

Our spa technicians uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually-suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled services.
